本政策适用于通过翻译排版大师购买积分或支付单次任务的订单,并应与服务条款一并阅读。
This policy applies to credit purchases and single-task payments made through Fanyi Paiban. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
1. 服务端任务失败 / Server-Side Task Failures
部分翻译或处理任务会先预占预计积分。若任务因服务端处理失败而未完成,系统会按任务规则自动退回本次预占积分。因源文件损坏、密码保护、上传中断、用户主动取消、网络环境或不符合支持范围而无法完成的情况,可能不属于自动退回范围。
Some tasks reserve estimated credits. If a task does not complete because of a server-side processing failure, the reserved credits are returned according to the task rules. Failures caused by the source file, password protection, interrupted upload, user cancellation, network conditions, or unsupported content may not qualify for automatic return.
2. 积分订单与单次支付 / Credit Orders and Single-Task Payments
支付成功后,对应积分或服务额度会按订单规则发放。已经实际消耗的积分、已经完成或已开始交付的服务通常不能兑换为现金或退回原支付方式,法律另有要求的除外。未使用积分不代表可以无条件退款或兑换现金。
After payment succeeds, credits or service entitlement are issued according to the order. Used credits and completed or delivered services are generally not refundable to the original payment method except where required by law. Unused credits are not automatically redeemable for cash.
3. 重复扣费或异常订单 / Duplicate Charges and Payment Issues
如您认为发生重复扣费、金额异常或支付后未到账,请尽快通过 admin@fanyipaiban.com 联系我们,并提供订单号、支付时间、支付渠道和问题说明。我们会核实订单状态;确认属于重复收款或系统异常时,将按适用法律和支付渠道规则处理退款或补发。
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or did not receive purchased credits, contact admin@fanyipaiban.com promptly with the order number, payment time, payment channel, and a description of the issue.
4. 支付服务商与争议 / Payment Providers and Disputes
支付由相应的支付服务商处理。发起拒付或支付争议前,请先联系我们,以便核实订单和服务记录。若支付被撤销、退款或发生争议,我们可暂停、撤销或调整与该订单对应的未使用积分或服务额度,并保留为处理争议所需的记录。
Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the order. If a payment is reversed, refunded, or disputed, unused credits or service entitlement associated with that order may be suspended, reversed, or adjusted.
