1. 服务范围 / The Service
我们提供文档、Office 文件和图片的翻译、解析、排版、编辑、导出及相关辅助功能。部分功能依赖第三方服务、网络连接或文件本身的质量与格式，因此结果、可用性和处理时间可能有所差异。
We provide document, Office-file, and image translation, parsing, layout, editing, export, and related tools. Results, availability, and processing time may vary because some functions depend on third-party services, network connectivity, and source-file quality.
2. 账户与内容 / Accounts and Content
您应提供真实、准确的信息，并妥善保管账户、密码和验证码。您保留对所上传内容享有的权利，并保证拥有上传、处理、翻译和使用该内容所需的权利与授权。不得上传违法、侵权、含有恶意程序、侵犯他人隐私或超出您授权范围的内容。
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You retain rights in uploaded content and represent that you have all required rights and permissions to upload, process, translate, and use it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, privacy-violating, or unauthorized content.
3. AI 结果与人工复核 / AI Output and Human Review
翻译、解析和排版结果由自动化系统生成，可能包含遗漏、错误或格式差异。您应在发布、签署、生产、医疗、法律、金融、安全或其他重要用途前进行人工复核。本服务不构成专业翻译、法律、医疗、财务或其他专业意见。
Translation, parsing, and layout outputs are automated and may contain omissions, errors, or formatting differences. You must review output before any important use. The service is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
4. 积分、支付与退款 / Credits, Payments, and Refunds
付费功能以页面展示的价格、积分和结算规则为准。任务可能先预占预计积分，随后按实际处理结果结算；因服务端处理失败导致任务未完成时，系统会按适用规则退回本次预占积分。其他退款、撤销或重复扣费处理请参阅退款政策。
Paid features are subject to the displayed price, credits, and settlement rules. A task may reserve estimated credits and settle against actual usage. See the Refund Policy for refunds, reversals, and duplicate charges.
5. 禁止行为、责任与更新 / Prohibited Conduct, Liability, and Updates
您不得干扰服务运行、绕过安全或计费机制、批量抓取或滥用接口、传播恶意代码、冒充他人，或以其他方式损害我们、其他用户或第三方的合法权益。我们可在合理必要时限制、暂停或终止违反本条款的账户或请求。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。本条款可因服务、法律或运营需要更新，更新后将在本页面公布生效日期。
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or billing, abuse interfaces, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or harm us, users, or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update these Terms when required by the service, law, or operations.
