Use LingoBridge to translate DRM-free, reflowable EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 ebooks while keeping the chapter structure, table of contents, styles, and resources available for review. It is a document workflow for reading, study, internal review, and an editable first draft. Check the translated result before distribution or publication.
Keep chapters and navigation readable
Headings, chapter order, and table-of-contents relationships are retained where the source EPUB structure supports them.
Review text in ebook context
Translate body text, headings, notes, and linked reading content as part of one EPUB file instead of splitting the book into isolated documents.
Inspect before using the full book
Open the result in your usual reader and check chapters, names, terminology, links, and styling before deciding whether it meets your needs.
Which EPUB files are suitable?
- DRM-free, reflowable EPUB 2 or EPUB 3 files up to 300 MB.
- Books, course materials, manuals, and reading files with a clear chapter structure.
- Files for which you own the content or have permission to translate and use.
Fixed-layout EPUB files, encrypted files, and files protected by DRM are not currently within the self-service EPUB workflow.
What is preserved, and what should be reviewed?
Document structure and resources
The workflow is designed to keep chapters, navigation, styles, and linked resources available. Actual preservation depends on the source package and its markup.
Names, terminology, and layout changes
Long text, special typography, embedded media, and complex styles can need manual checking. Do not treat machine translation as publication-ready literary translation.
Check a representative chapter before translating the whole ebook
Choose a chapter with body text, headings, dialogue, notes, and recurring names. It gives a more useful quality signal than a title page or contents page alone.
Frequently asked questions
Check the current file boundary and the review steps before processing a full document.
Which EPUB files can I translate?
The self-service workflow supports DRM-free, reflowable EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 files up to 300 MB. Fixed-layout, encrypted, and DRM-protected EPUB files are outside the current self-service boundary.
Will the table of contents and styles be preserved?
The workflow is designed to keep chapters, navigation, styles, and resources available for review. Actual results depend on the source EPUB package and should be checked in an ebook reader before use.
Can I publish or distribute the translated ebook?
Only use content you own or are authorized to translate. Public distribution, commercial use, and publication require rights confirmation plus professional human translation and editorial review.
